how do i tame primal stego thats unconcicous

Instant golden kibble. If you look at Description it has a link to a page that will tell you how to tame all the pugnacia dinos.

Use the Pugnacia Dino Guide thats craftable at level 1.

Ok, so I looked in guide...all it says is that it tames dino up to and including Primals. No word on where or how to get it. Also, where/how do you get max experience potion? No word in guide on where to get it, just what it is. Please advise.

Update for those confused as I was. Kill a Primal and you will loot Instant Golden Kibble. No idea where or how to get the Max Experience Potion.

I believe those are creature drops as well. It's been a long time since I've played the mod, so I can't remember from what. Just kill everything lol.
