Issues on de_dust_PCG_3k

Hello

So i decided to run around the map on my own, and i found a couple of things that should probaly be fixed. Some of them are minor, some of them are pretty big. I don't know if some of these issues have been reported already, so here goes.

Nice finds! The displacement/texture errors aren't that big of a deal and would probably be fixed when it gets a visual upgrade, but the bomb stuck points are pretty crucial. Good job
