You want the Cargo command, or if you want to check all blocks that have inventory then then CargoAll command. Cargo command only looks at cargo containers.

It's a small mining ship. I want it to check everything and tell me how much room i have left total (cargo, drills, ect), and i want it to display on my flight seat screen. I dont want to see how much of what I have, just like 85% full or something.

I was trying the Inventory T:* but nothing happened nor with Inventory {T:*}

And I do have [LCD] on the name of my seat.

CargoAll does nothing, nothing shows up on my display.

Also which of these options should I have on for the main screen?

So to use it on a block which has multiple screens, like cockpits, you need to add [LCD] to the block name like you have, but you also need to in Custom Data tell it which screen to show on. You do this by using @# AutoLCD where # is the index of the screen you want, so something like this. The script should automatically change the screen settings to the correct one, but if not you want 'Text and Images'.
