Here is a Idea for a new country, I take it from the Game Cuban Missile Crisis

Name:Union of European Nation
Capital: Bordeaux (Paris Nuked)
Leadear: European Council (like the swiss portrait but with europe coat of arms)
Regime: Neutral (Medium Democracy, low fascim and communism)
Territory of France-Belgium-Luxembourg-Netherland-Swizterland (NO AFRICAN/ASIAN COLONY)

Division Design on French army

History
After the nuclear Armaggedon what remain of western european countries decided to unite, the new governement was placed in bordeaux who was miraculously spared.
With million of dead, the Union stand weak...
with the nuclear winter that's going to happen, they need to recapture north african colony and help people in germany and wolf's union spain, and in europe by one way or another...

History: After destroy of Poland Land started civilwars wich was very but in their time as the new President Piotr Kijak sit on the country commanding manage to win their wars as the time happened soon they taked a lithuanian territory Anschlussing Hungary as they own creating insane Territory of new clan named EURE

Capital Moscow
Ideology: Communist (Stalinist)
Leader: Joseph Stalin (He was on his way to see his mother when the bombs fell)

History:
When the bombs fell, most of the Soviet Union fell into chaos. Parts of Siberia left the Soviet Union after most of the prisoners in the Gulags broke free took over the land forming their own nations. Ukraine also rebelled against the Soviet Union because they still blame Stalin for the Great Famine that killed a large portion of their population before the bombs fell. Meanwhile in what was left west of th Ural Mountains, Stalin, who avoided being hit by the bombs by deciding visit his mother, went back to Moscow to restore order. With Stalin back in charge of the Soviet Union, he managed to regain control of lands stretching as far as the Ural Mountains to Leningrad, and south to Stalingrad, and West to Minsk. While Stalin just controls these lands, he seeks to regain all the lands lost after the bombs fell and maybe expand beyond that.
