Saddle upgrade is free, how do I fix?

The saddle for the Indominus Rex from the Indominus Rex Nemesis mod is a drop from killing other indoms. I discovered that it is a free upgrade and makes it way to OP for the server. I didn't know if there was a way to manually determine a cost for the upgrades for that item.

@mgladin The update this week will include an INI setting that lets admins specify which items shouldn't be allowed to be upgraded.

@mgladin Version 1.7 introduced the UpgradeDisallowedItems setting. Please add this setting to your INI configuration to disallow the Indominus Rex Nemesis saddle from being upgradeable. :)
