Yes if you open each mission in the editor and change the skins in there.

what is that and how do you get to it and is that the only way to get the skins??? also im sorry if these are stupid questions i have no experience with stuff like this at all --Edit after i commented-- is this just for people to use on their mods or can casual players use it too??
