Lilac has yellow eyelashes and teeth...
I don't know why, but when I installed the Lilac model she had yellow eyelashes and teeth. The other two models look fine, so I can't imagine why this one is looking weird.

Very odd, the texture file for her eyelash and teeth (Lilac2_Misc) is almost identical to others'. The only difference is the envmapmask which I just use a random specular map...

If the issue persists, I suggest changing the $envmapmask to:
"models/Freedom Planet 2/Milla2/Milla2_Misc_SPEC"
replacing
"models/Freedom Planet 2/Lilac2/Lilac2_Jewel_SPEC".

Oh, the file is
...\usermod\materials\models\Freedom Planet 2\Lilac2\Lilac2_Misc.vmt
