This may be a dumb question, but maybe this has something to do with the MOM version I am using. I say this because in the description it says: "This menu will pop-up anytime you select a MOM track to place." referencing the version 9 MOM menu, but I don't ever get anything to pop up when I select MOM tracks. In the content manager, I can see that MOM was last updated 7/10/2019 could it be that I don't have an up to date version?

Well I assumed you are using the online version yes? and you have updates enabled? try unsubbing - closing steam (exit to desktop) - and reopen steam and subscribe again - see if that triggers a download and see if that gives you a more recently updated version.
It should say it's been updated 2 weeks ago

before you do this however can you take a screenshot of the metro menu?

Although in testing in a vanilla city with MoM, the issue wasn't there. Sorry if the test map wasn't enough, I just placed all the variations of things, I didn't know to what extent you needed it. If you need more I can do so.

I don't think this has anything to do with us really, the only thing i can think of is it's trying to find assets that were replaced/renamed in the new version however if you load the game, save and exit it should reload without trying to find those missing assets

When arrive airplane at international airport, people not using metro, just go out and walk through city, then use other metro station.

i am twitch streamer, i streamed this content, so video is left on twitch. if you want i will give link. of course language is korean.

there are also some minor bug which is station name is not displayed properly when using query tools. it looks like that is not support multi languages.

Also, i removed all metro mod relateds and recover my city, many airport passanger use metro. this content is also streamed on twitch, of course, i have save file(not this file, another file).

Oppps I Uploaded Video and modified article at same time.. please watch that video. the first and second bug reproduced starting new city. in video i show which mod used, there are MOM Extra train station track, TM:PE ( MOM introduce video in youtube, they are used this), Unlock all mod and etc. there are no more affected mod for network system in cities skylines. i am not use nextwork extension 2 or like this. third bug is not reproduceable easily, but first and second bug is always occured even i tested new city exclude TM:PE. please watch my video in upper post which i modified.
