Does the "Road Zone Modifier" do anything?
I enabled it, and I get the blue colour in the upgrade tool when I hold shift, but it doesn't seem to do anything different from normal. Did this break at some point?

(I'm guessing this is the code, if anyone understands it: https://github.com/andreharv/NetworkExtensions/blob/master/Transit.Addon.Tools/Zoning/RoadZoneModifierTool.cs)

Can't get this function to work either. It's frustrating since Zoning Adjuster 1.2.1 and Zone It! are not compatible...

I found a compatible zoning app. It is called Zoning toolset (toggle + upgrade tool). I had to make sure the Network Extensions 2 Tools\Road Zone Modifier was active or otherwise my save game wouldn't load. Now I have a zoning tool + I didn't mess my city!
