My idea

+Silent killer
+10% faster weapon swap
+25 Hp on wearer
- Cloak drains 25% faster
- Cloak generation speed reduced by 25%

+silent killer
+ 55 attack speed
+ kill with a butterknife with this weapon stores 1 automatic insta kill (insta kill concumed by attacking in anyway but a backstab)
- -10% cloak duration
- no randon crits

Stock knife has no random crits so that attribute is pointless.

Well change that to no facestabs or -25 backstabbing area

nope. Just realized that the stats would be OP

How about:

Silent Killer.
+15% speed.
Backstabs give you 10% more speed for 5 seconds.

-25 health.
Burns in fire "like the spy-cicle", but doesnt stops the fire, regenerates after 20 seconds.
No random crits.

Well, its just to valve understand that it will not random crit, even if the stock knife does not.

+silent killer
+5 health regen per a second for 5 Seconds (can stack)
-Can not be healed by medics when active
-half health from med packs (passive)
