Needs Special PDA
I think it chould need some sort of PDA cause if you had a special wrench the energy mini sentry thingy wouldnt really work, what do you guys think?

And mabye it could be with this other engi building called "Portible anti-infranty Energy Shield"

NO, the gunslinger(or robotic hand) is for sentry and the (special)pda is for dispenser.
pls make a PDA for a energy dispenser
