fresh install - tried it yesterday and today same thing. I craft the Horn then it spoils fine into the actual thing. I had 6 and went to get more keratin. Then disapeared (they were still in fabricator)
Made 2 more with new keratin batch. Lost those 2 again.

Dunno why but then seem to vanish if i let then in fabricator - i will try getting them out to somewhere else

Mod is Last one - tried it first - same thing
