Some of you may have noticed that there aren't soul particle effects/halloween cosmetics aren't allowed. This is because Karma Charger for some reason did not add the Halloween holiday to it. In order to use it in a game, simply type in the console: tf_forced_holiday 2 all together, no uppercase, may need sv_cheats 1 for it. What this command does is it enables halloween mode on the server you chose. You will have to do this every time you open it.
