Language Files Available?
Hello everyone.

I'm here to suggest, if want ... to make available the download of language files , so I think it's easier, if allow to translation of the custom mode voluntarily. Have available depending on various languages.

I can make available the tooltip file but who will translate it? It is very very long.

Guy , i think i can. As most of Dota2 Community members are Russian , i can try to translate as much as i can ( ill really try to translate 100%) to Russian , and , maybe other languages too )
