no way to get hazard suit and gas mask not working

i'll max level and the hazard suit is still locked and is not unlockable, as it is not it the Engram list, but it still says that you have to unlock it's Engram.
also, the mods gas mask does not work right. what the game's gas mask stops getting at you, the mod's gas mask will not.
