I've found some free time and am looking into continuing the development of this mod. Fingers crossed, I will try and fix the garrisons, region religions, unit upkeep, and all units being recruitable from the start. I will also look into the additional bug reports.

Sorry I have been away for so long, life happens and I didn't have time to continue development. Plan is to have a good, solid game in the next month or so, but you guys' feedback is essential to progressing the mod. Thanks!
