i try to play as the byzantine empire but it places me in sicily.

Winrar is free to download. You don't have to buy it.

Doesn't work for me. Also the file I get from the link is different from yours, so probably why it doesn't.

Somehow, after installing the mods as the video suggest, they still don't show up on my mod selection from the game launcher. The mods pack are there in the data file but they just don't show up.
