1) Only requiring power and food courts means that it is available at the very start of the game, but the money generated "~$10,000 a day" is nowhere near a balanced non-cheat starting building, seeing as most other starting offices generate ~$200 a day on the lower difficulties.
2) Please base a building like this closer to real life, otherwise people will rag on you for creating cheat mods. Security seems like it would be a given given it's a government thing and it should require high prestige because why would they trust a building created a few days ago with guarding the country's printing facilities?
Please consider these as MY OWN OPINIONS and not forcing you to change anything.
1. This office was made to give people a "creative-mode", which isn't supplied in the game. There is no option where people can just build anything without restrictions. This office will allow you to do that, With 10 of these in your buildings, you can build anything you want.
2. This mod was specifically made to NOT be like real life, as mentioned above; This mod offers a reasonable "Creative mode" for people who want to build without restrictions the tower of their dreams.
And this mod's motto should be "The only limit is your imagination" as that is what it was intended for.
However if you really like my mod, and want me to nerf it, I can upload a nerfed version under another name. That would be a good compromise; You get my mod, without the OP code.
