Obviously there's no FP hands because there aren't any in Hatred, so he had nothing to use. However, if someone were to make a CS hands reskin. I could easily remake this mod with CS hands and then anyone wanting to use a reskin could do so. Even better. I could use CS hands but enter them as if they were a custom model with the reskin as the material and then you could use the mod without needing the reskin.
