Given the fact that there is no disguise kit replacement slot yet, having a new official disguise kit is definitely not gonna be for anytime soon HOWEVER according to the screenshots spy's hand is holding it which I suppose means that you have it as an actual model and not a simple concept for a new item. If you could post a download link, like posting it on gamebanana or uploading it to mediafire please, it would definitely satisfy many of us spy mentlegen.
