LilaJean 11 Dec, 2016 @ 8:46am
Number of Dinos per Perch/Nest
Small Wooden Perch-5
Medium Wooden Perch-1
Small Nest-5?
Medium Nest-1
Large Nest-1
Critter Perch-10
Dodo Shelter-10 (can't get these guys to load properly at all, They like to sit in a cluster on the bottom lol)
Dire Wolf Cave-?

Can you make it so Argies you can at least have a pair per perch? there's enough room on the next and the wooden one.

Also Can you add more critters to the cave (sabercats,DireBears, terrorbirds, others of around that size)
And critter perch or dodo shelter can we get a place for compies?

Thanks Lila

Yes, small nest is 5, as is the direwolf cave.

Is your dodo coop working any better after the updates? I made some changes and mine have been having an easier time. Make sure you don't park them right at the base of the ramp. There's a spot there that they head to to get up the ramp and if it's crowded, they'll have a hard time. It'll be more reliable if you stop them a ways away from the coop so they have some room to move around.

I doubt that I'll squeeze more medium flyers on those perches. I know it looks like there's a lot of room but it's surprisingly difficult to get them to hit the perches properly already. I'm sure you've noticed them flying around a few times to get themselves properly settled, even when it looks like they've already landed correctly.

For the last 2, absolutely! Good ideas! A terror bird cave is a bit weird and I'm not sure I can fit five direbears in there but I'll definitely work on it. :)

Tony, maybe an option for a large nest that you can maybe choose argie from the radial menu and it will hold two argies?

Since terror birds live in the Redwood Forest, how about a large hollow log?

Could you make something shoulder-pet sized, that isn't as big as a 1 foundation room.

I'm thinking something you'd put in your bedroom (that's not a cage, but made a larger cage could work for some situations).

Example, I'd like a little perch for my Jerboa's. But since I almost always keep one on me when I'm out and about, it'd be nice if it fit into the room I put the beds in"

Aesthetics you know ^_^.

I would LOVE to see nests/perchs/coops for
Megalosaurus (the night time one that curls up)
Dilos and oviraptors
bears/sabers/wolves could all be used in the wolf den IMO, just allow us to change which one is being 'tethered'
snails/dungbeetles (to keep them from wandering/blocking doors) could be something similar to the dodo coop, but completely open on one side so you can open their inventories.
