Kai's Flyer Perches (Discontinued)

Flyers don't land
We realy like this mod on our server, it is a great way to keep your flyers organised. But unfortunally since a reacent parch (253.8x) our flyers just keep flying around the perch/nest but are not able to land.
I tested it in singleplayer (fresh save, no other mod) and it looks like the flyers cycle the following:
- get off the ground
- stay there
- until ark's "sit down" logic lets the flyer descend and sit
- starts from beginning
It looks like the commant to fly in the diection of the perch/nest does no longer work.
After some time the flyers are too far away from the perch/nest

Can you please have a look at this prolem.

Thanks for making a thread for it here. It's a lot easier to find reponses or ideas when its not all jumbled in the main comments.

I haven't had a chance to test other flyers, I just installed the mod.

But Wyverns aren't landing on the large nests (of either type). As soon as I place one.. all 3 of my Wyverns fly around a bit then land about 15 - 20 foundations away from one of the nests, even if I have named it for them OR set the type to Wyvern.

I'm having this issue on my server as well. Worked excellent before. Now the birds don't know how to find or land on the perch/nest. They will stay on them if you land/walk them onto it just right, but that defeats the purpose. As if you don't, they will just hover in air or land and fly all over. My Quetz, Argies, and Pteras are all very confused.

Same - fresh install, spawned in ptera, tamed with forcetame won't land on the medium perch or nest.

Ah, this explains my argie behavior in my egg farm. One time a week or two ago I came back to my base to find the two females had left their nests and were hovering above them (male wasn't affected for some reason). So I told them to go back to their nests and they kept doing the behavior mentioned here - fly a bit, stop, float, land, fly a bit etc. They worked ok before, but they wouldn't go back to their nests this time. Eventually I just whistled them to stop when they were within range of the oviraptor and left them on the ground close by.

I notice in the comments it seems to have been fixed now. Thanks to tony for all his work...but what was he thinking going on holiday when this mod needed to be updated?!? This is unacceptable, a mod author is obligated to remain at their coputer and fix any issues with their mod right away, so their fanbase can use it bug-free!

lol obviously I'm kidding XD Hope he had fun on his holiday^^
