How to disable moving screen with mouse.
Go to the themes install by right clicking it in wallpaper engine app and opening in explorer, go to js folder and edit index.min.js

In there use CTRL + F and search for "mousemove" and then replace all 5 numbers you see after mousemove with 0's in this line of text.

"mousemove",function(t){var e=t.pageX,i=t.pageY;w["default"].to(V,0,{x:e/W.width*0-0,y:i/W.height*0-0

Save and restart Wallpaper engine and you should now have a screen that wont follow your mouse cursor

There used to be a version where you could edit everything in WE itself, but I can't find that one anymore
