To Validate/Verify Game Cache:
Step 1: Right-Click on Black ops 3
Step 2: Click 'Properties'
Step 3: Click the 'Local Files'
Step 4: Click 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'
Step 5: ???
Step 6: Profit
