Suggestions
If you have any suggestions feel free to post them.
But don't expect too much as this is a vehicle base.

Things that probably will never be implemented:

Armor for the vehicles because you can just use ACF for that. But be aware that the suspension most likely wont support all that much extra weight of armor. You have to try it out.

Also you should actually use the addon before you "suggest" a new feature because sometimes it's already implemented...

hmm do some jeeps and some of tdms cars
and add horns,lights [for cop cars], and back lights and turn signal lights like in vcmod

A Warthog would be a good addition to test how heavy a vehicle(or at least a 4x4 with all wheels turning, in a of road scenario would be a good test) should be, lights, and weaponry at the same time.

Doc's HL2 vehicle pack or L4D2 vehicle pack. Working guns for APC (no gauss from hl2 jeep)
poppable tires but perhaps more realistic physyics when a tire or two is popped perhaps an option to bulletproof the tires too? adjustable psi or stage levels for turbo chragers and super chargers as well from light variants to drag race ones perhaps a option for both? engine overheating from over reving and thus the need for different performance radiators and car damage to ultimately end up in a exploded car. a choice between diesel and petrol to sacrifice speed to increase torque or sacrifice torque to increase speed?

We will add fixed versions of the HL2 vehicles. However since this is the BASE we wont add any other packs. Maybe spawnlists but not the packs themself.

Weapons are on the TODO list. Gauss for the jeeps, some kind of AR2 cannon for the Combine APC + maybe rockets, the resistance APC will need some work on the model before we can add weapons (the turret can not be moved with the current model, maybe reuse hl2 leak stuff?).

Lights/Horns/signal-lights are also on the TODO list but they wont be as advanced as in vcmod.

I will take a look at poppable tires since i like that idea so much but i can not make any promises.

I am not sure about the adjustable psi/stage levels for turbo/supercharger because that would require alot of rewriting as far as i can tell. The current system just adds an specific percentage of extra torque wich is based on the MaxTorque variable (wich can already be changed in the Edit Properties menu). The idea behind the current system is to alter the powerband of the engine instead of adding extra power

alright i thank you for atleast taking them into consideration for us, we would love to help expand the base in its current state.

you mentioned using hl2betaleak stuff for the rebel apc, i say do it because why wouldnt you? its a given since the 'rebel apc' (conscript apc as its designated name for the beta) perhaps some exaust some too i forgot to mention that too. again this is all if you can implement it and like you said; no promises will be made and i accept that its not possible with EVERYTHING with glua on a completely different vehicle base from valve script ones and SCars.
make them explosive too

being able to have full vehicel support, will be able to support every vehicel on the workshop, such as LW's cars, SGM's, and TDM's.

LW , SGM and TDM cars should already be compatible with this addon since they use valves vehicle skeleton. Im hoping for the community to help adding vehicles because this is alot of work

Yeah I was going to talk about TDM cars, Valve vehicles really suck on that matter

I've made the Halo Reach Warthog & Marine Version along with the Halo Reach Mongoose. Made them in like an hour. I will add the turret versions when the addon gets updated.

Only issue is that I am not sure about how to make the suspension stiff. Atm the car wiggles around when I want it to feel more TDM script feel for the mongoose. Mainly because it is so small.
