It shouldnt be an all class, But you can have it for a select few. I think it should be: Sniper, Scout, Demo, soilder and medic.

This would work well for everyone who would use a small melee weapon that can stab, slash, and/or punch. This means Pyro, Soldier, Demo, Medic, Engie, Heavy might not be able to use this due to its size and design. It's perfect for Scout, Sniper, and Spy... it would be like the Skull Bat that also was used by these multiple classes, and later made all class for some odd reason.
