I have updated the description to cover creation.

The medical bench is missing a texture. It appears as plain white.

It is currently a clinical white bench!

The game will let me create it and I can have it in my inventory, but, the game will not let me place it down anywhere.

@hitman, the bench or the drip? is this recent? have you previously been able to use it?

I haven't seen any other reports.

I got it to work. There was another mod that was stopping it. So I dumped that mod and rearranged the order and then everything worked perfectly. Fister's Forge mod was the culprit.
