HERE'S THE WAY TO FIX ENDLESS EFFECTS PROBLEM
You need to delete other drugs addon, i don't know exactly but you 100% NEED to delete drugZ mod, it have a bit same drugs and this is why it don't work i think

This is a very good idea, add-ons that introduce the same objects will cause possibly fatal trouble! (Fatal for game engine.) Thank you for suggesting this.
