Stats?
+Revives 1 to 2 dead players and teleports them to you
+Gives revived players mini-crits for 3 seconds and minor overheal
+Increased ammo carried to 30 in primary
-Lose 50 health when use of banner (if you have 50 health or less, you can't use banner)
-Slower Equip speed

What I'd like:
Banner gives instant respawn on all teammates for duration of the banner as well as instant teleport recharge rate
Banner fills by dealing damage

What's more likely:
Banner gives a 25% faster movement speed and 30% faster firing speed for duration of banner
Banner fills by dealing damage

MERCS NEVER DIE!!!
  • !Charges through 1200 Team damage around you
  • +On activation: 1 Enemy Team heals 50% less and 2 weapon reload is 30% slower (1&2 are On Hit effects)
  • -Cannot take teleporters

My stat ideas

! : charges by dealing damage
+ : On activation : create a temporary alternate spawn for teammates. this alternate spawn lasts
1 minute and teammates can spawn from both the alternate and regular spawn
+ : on activation : if there is already an alternate spawn it will create a flag where the new alternate
spawn will be when the other one expires
- : cannot take teleporters
- : cannot use dispensers

That idea would kinda be somewhat OP in highlander, but it's not our main concern.
And in 6s too, but GB is the best. :p

The Call To Arms (but like in a location spotting/ reinforcement sense)

EDIT:
+750 damage to activate banner.
+Creates beacon (and a symbol similar to the medic call requesting help) only viewable by your teamates for 30 seconds.
+ALL teamates gain a 10% speed boost during the banners duration.
+Nearby teamates in a small radius get a 30% crit resistance and 15% damage resistance during the banner's duration.

+Can switch uses like the vaccinator to allow user to instead revive up to 2-3 teamates and respawn them by their side. (Respawns "valuable" players first if multiple are dead; reviving a medic can be more important than revivng a scout)


-All nearby teamates are marked for death and get a -10% speed buff for 8 seconds after banner runs out.
-Takes 50% longer to activate banner, and a minute cooldown (animation of radio breaking or shorting out?) between revival uses. (No kritz abuse due to this)
-Minute cooldown applies to all soldiers on a team to avoid abuse.
-User is also marked for death during banner activation when using revival function.
