just report him to steam as a copyright violation. i take it you copyrighted it or whatever?

it doesnt need to have an official copyright if there is sufficient evidence that another steam user has uploaded content he didn't make to the workshop without permission from the original creator. Steam does actually investigate though so they email both parties and require them to submit evidence that they aren't ripping someone else's content off.

Once you place the module you need to sync it to the soldier who will act as its handler. You can just right click on either to open the dropdown menu. It works the same way as connecting group members to a leader, and is indicated by a blue line.

You can also double click on the module itself to change its properties, like changing respawn options.

If you have issues, make sure the module is set to "Synchronized Objects Only". That way it assigns it to the soldier and not every member of whatever group he is in.
