A Guide To Unoria
Thanks to Angelo for a wonderful mod! Well done!


To start the main quest, you should talk to Merli. You can find him, if you walk all the way across the bridges until you reach a crossing.
There you walk to the left until you reach a house, Merli usually sits at the fireplace there.
Talk to him to start the quest.

From here on, this guide could be considered as a spoiler, so I marked it as that, read on your own discretion.

Your next target is the Azkan Labyrinthean.
You will find three doors (except for the one you came from) there, one place with two doors side by side and one place with one door. The latter is the one you want (but I strongly recommend exploring the other two too - loot!). It leads to the Azkan Tower (if you are attacked by frostbite spiders, you are on the right way).
There you could run into troubles. When you attack the mudcrabs, Uniria tends to vanish. No problem, leave the tower completely, to the Azkan Labyrinthian, and get back in, and she will be there again.
She should have the amulet needed to finish the quest.

Troubleshooting:

  • If Merli and/or the other NPCs in Unoria refuse to talk to you, leave Unoria and go back in. Usually, that solves the problem.
  • If you started the quest with an older, buggier version of the mod, Uniria might not have the amulet. I solved that by resetting the quest to zero via console: setstage My_Unoria_Main_Quest 0 - of course I had to start over, but as the quest isn't that long, it's acceptable to do that.

Did you try the tipps I posted for troubleshooting? Try opening the console with the ^-key and enter getstage My_Unoria_Main_Quest
The stage should be at 0 (zero).
If not, try leaving back to Riverwood, set the stage to zero (setstage My_Unoria_Main_Quest 0), go back in and try talking to Merli again. That should work.
If it is, there's something wrong. If you have more mods installed, there could be a problem with the loading order. There's a useful tool that helps sorting them called LOOT https://loot.github.io - can sort all your mods so they don't conflict (except if they are clearly marked as incompatible to certain other mods by the developer).
