Revolutions not working - "Culture Relation!"
Hi, I've tried to get this mod working a few times but it appears not to. I found your thread on CivFanatics and followed a post replying to someone with a similar problem that said to clear the Cache and ModUserData folders, then to enable Advanced Setup, Diffusion, and Revolutions, in that order.

Even with no other mods enabled, all I see is the words "CULTURE RELATION!" on the top of the screen, and there are no cities listed in the summary. What's wrong?

Ya, I've had this problem as well, and I have no idea how to fix it, probably an update for Civ 5 caused this
