AI Garrisons dont really do a thing
So i have some locations available where i can put a garrison but for some reason they dont mount static guns and just kinda sit at the same place all cramped. I this because my ai levle is only level 3 or have i done something wrong?

Ive found the garrisons to a bit buggy but if you give them squad leads they sometimes break into smaller groups around the location for the garrison. They dont really do much until attacked, anyway though
