Come on. There is a whole section about mod compatibility in the manual and on the first page (I think) of the mod everywhere it is hosted.

Short answer: yes, you can if the mod is compatible, but that doesn't mean you should.
Either because it is going to be useless or because it is going to lead to problems in the long term, even if it is compatible.
