Suggestion: Prisoner Jumpsuit
It would be not unlike the military fatigues, but rather than bonuses it's somewhat restrictive and slows you down... But, in cold or heat it sure beats wearing nothing!

Just a thought.

Second -- I think special clothes for prisoners, just in general, would be a good idea.
