Ear-Shattering Xenomorph Spawn
TL;DR

is there a way for me to turn the xenomorph spawn noise down/off?

So as far as i can tell the noise comes from when a xenomorph busts out of someone (its never on screen when it happens though, so its a complete guess) the noise is EXTREMELY loud.

like so loud it scares both me and my cat sleeping 20 feet away, even though im wearing a headset with everything turned way down.

if all other game sound is at a 2 or a 3, the xenomorph noise is at a 100.

i love the mod and im having a blast so far, but that noise is so explosively loud that i'm about to give up :/

it appears all the "ambiance" noises are also absurdly loud relative to the rest of the game. the dog bark was so loud i immediately quit of the the game and turned off all the ambiance mods.

it looks like the added sounds just dont follow the in-game sound settings and play at full volume no matter how low you set everything else.

setting the windows volume mixer to like 5% is a workaround for me. but since windows like resetting that setting, it'll be something you'll wanna check each time after starting the game
