Mapmode barely tweaked from (and still compatible with) Birdy's Plentiful Mapmodes.
Researchable FTL and AI weighting based heavily on Will pick sniper's Research all FTL 1.3+

Special thanks to Andon for the event that allowed me to slow hyperdrives down to the game engine minimum and still get them to arrive in their destination systems.
