Help, the caterpillars are falling through

every time I put entity sent_tanktracks_auto they become normal, but as soon as I move the physical gun or touch the cube in the center they fall through, also if I just put a button and connect the tracks to it and start driving, the tracks will spin but will not move, like this to correct?
