[SOLUTION] Can't launch the mod
First of all, you can launch mod from workshop menu:
1) Start Workhop game
2) Choose "NicksCoop" in game modEs section
3) Press start below.

If not works:
1) Unsubscribe the mod
2) Open the game, Options > Purge Workshop
3) Exit the game
4) Subscribe it again, and wait until mod not downloaded by Steam (only after open game again)

If not works:
1) Unsubscribe other mods
2) Open ...\Steam\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\WorkshopContent
3) Delete folder 737631813 (Game must be closed)
4) Open the game and go to Workshop > Game Modes (1st paragraph)

If not works, you can launch it from it's folder:
1) Open ...\Steam\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\WorkshopContent\737631813
2) Start Postal2NicksCoop_Launcher.bat

If it not works too, try install mod manually (ModDB), it works 100% for Windows users

If none of this works in Windows, looks like problems with game itself, go to Postal2 support forum.

Look up "what is my IP address" online and the site will just tell you what IP it sees you from. For whoever is hosting, it will use theirs.

I try it, other mod works but even I choose in game modes section start "Postal 3 Dude's clothes" mod. Then Dude still look the same old model.
What am I doing wrong.? :(

Steam Library -> right click on the POSTAL2 -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse
