Can the amount of work required for maintenance be reduced?
Or, being able to add an option to the mod settings to control the workload or work speed? At the end of the game, too much equipment to maintain can waste a lot of time.

Or, you can tell me where the relevant parameters are in the mod file, I can also change them myself.

this is pretty late but... you can change how often buildings need maintenance right in the mod settings. i'd say that qualifies as changing the workload, though maybe not the workspeed
