Unable to add Prosthetics from mod

I cant add Bionic spine, bionic foot and bionic hand to anyone is this only my problem?

I keep reading about this problem, but it just doesn't happen to me. Do you have any other mods installed?

Its because of zombie apocalypse mod but i solved it with compatibility patche from this website

Im having this problem too, though im not using zombie apocalypse. Ill be checking my mods for any incompadabilitys
