So I seem to recall in one of my other playthroughs being able to craft an AI Chip at the bionics table and installing it on one of my colonists to restore them to 100% consciousness (the AI Chip, not Persona Core), yet in my current playthrough I can't seem to find it. I've got all the necessary things researched and it's still not there.

Has it been moved to a trader-only item? I can't find the brain stim either, is that trader as well?
