Old age diseases
is there a way to cure old age deseases? specificaly Frail in my case

I believe if the frailness is in their torso, then a bionic spine will help.

nope torso and spine are seperate as far as gameplay goes. one item i found was a dose of super heal nano bots of doom (not actual name), which can be used to regrow limbs organs and heal all diseases.
sadly these things can not be crafted

nope torso and spine are seperate as far as gameplay goes. one item i found was a dose of super heal nano bots of doom (not actual name), which can be used to regrow limbs organs and heal all diseases.
