Exception ticking
I installed this mod, and then installed a prosthetic on a pawn. He never woke up, just stayed anesthetized. I had to modify the save game to remove it and wake him up. Now whenever this one specific pawn is downed, he doesnt seem to heal. It's like time stops for him. I believe it's one specific pawn only as I've installed lots of other prosthetics since then. I tried entering developers mode and in the log I am constantly sent the message:

Exception ticking Philly: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I don't know if it was this mod that caused it. It may be coincedental that it happened right after I installed it. but if anyone knows how to fix it please let me know.

I experienced the same issue. But I am still looking for a solution.

I forgot to mention if you uninstall the mod, it will break any form of saving and will give you an error when you try.
