No synthetic organ bench and rib making bench
Why in game we have no two workbenches?

You need to look at the bionics and surrogate workshops.

Use the upgrade bench to make sythetic organs from surrogate organs. Ribs are made in the bionics workshop.

I'm also not able to build the upgrading bench. I have researched Synthetic Organs.
Enabling God mode is a workaround, but I can't build it otherwise

Probably need to research Advanced Bionics.
Synthetic Organs should have Adv Bionics as prerequisite

A lot of the max tier parts also have their own research you have to do to unlock each one.
