In the Code Geass universe, european union is called Europa United or Euro Universe. And i see it more like France owning europe via vassal. (Sorry for my english).

That's in the third season, which this mod is ignoring the third season for now. Not sure if it'll be taken into consideration anytime soon. Taking a quote from the wikia of the European Union, "Its creation is estimated to be in the 19th century, around the time of the Industrial Revolution, following Napoleon Bonaparte's successful invasion and occupation of the British Isles." So we can safely assume that by creation it means as a single entity. I do plan to have more depth for the European Union concerning its provinces though such as culture and religion. It would only make sense that much of its provinces aren't European or Secular yet since it's newly created, but for right now it'll be the way it is.

These states were semi-independents so i think the vassal system is more accurate for the European Union.

It does say it's capital is in Paris. Quote, "The city of Paris serves as the capital of the Europia United. It is the seat of the European Army General HQ and the Council of Forty." Since it states it has a capital and a bit farther down the page it will say that the Council of Forty is, "some kind of council with representatives from each member-state present," which we can easily see as a parliament. Plus is easier to work with a single entity rather than a converted HRE. Besides the fact that it could be implied as a single country. I would also like to mention that in the light novels, 'Stage -0- Entrance', that it is referred to as the 'European Ultra-Union', which in of itself heavily implies a more centralized union than the one we know of today. Possibly even being that single entity. There is a decent amount of evidence for it being a single country, with that and the fact that it'll be easier to make events and all the other good stuff is the reason why I have it as a single country. .3.

I have an idea for the spread (and reversion if someone like HBE or Russia takes any EU territory) of the European culture and secularism (though it shouldn't revert back if take by someone else): You could borrow the mechanic from Third Odyssey that (eventually) converts Native American/First Nations territory into Elysian and Orthodox

I'll take a look at it and see what I think.

Never watched Code geass.I will after this comment,you may judge me for this but I think adding Bosnia as a vassal state to the Ottomans would be a better idea,since no land connection.Or you could add Zeta as an autonomous city into the Ottomans.But making Bosnia its free state with European ideals would be more interesting..Atleast thats what I think.Hope I didn't say anything wrong.Just said what I had in my mind,have fun
