that would work but the other craft pawns are trying to craft on that bench

You could always restrict them away from the bench, or set up the bills so only that crafting bought can craft there.

you cant make the robots the only worker i think ? ( do we because there is a mod that add two more robot tabs

Robots are at 20 skills so the way I found to restrict pawns from using, let's say the machining table, is to set the minimum skill level required for the job to 20.

I know this isn't a permanent or 100% foolproof method but for a pawn to reach 20 in crafting, it takes a while from my experience.
