Release Candidate 2

Major changes

- Improved FPS with more optimisation
- Changed lighting and skybox to feel more coastal
- Slight improve clipping.

I love how this looks; so pretty; I really hope Valve puts it in despite all the haters who know nothing about anything (much less Greece). But airspace? (check discussion)
