Upated Verson 29/7/2016

Due to the cliping now being added to the railing, Ct's can now jump on the supporting wall and go where the shouldn't

-The stairs on B_Site from lower arn't clipped

Thanks!! we know about the stairs being unclipped, but we had no idea about the jump. will fix in next update
