How do I get the tanks exactly? Do I need to spawn them or just find them?

You can't just find them, I think. For that to happen, the vanilla vehicle spawns in the Unturned maps should be manually adjusted (aka, right now they spawn - let's say - ID 1 to 30. A tank is 40. Then they'd need to spawn ID 1 to 45, if you want all the tanks to be able to spawn naturally).
